The return period for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received the purchase.

You can return items by selecting “Return this item” in your MY SMYLYN account in the order details section, via your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a customer advisor. Once your return request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY SMYLYN account.

We also inform you that once you have placed an order, an authorization of 0 Euro (or GBP, CHF. AED, SAR) will be carried out. This authorization is for verification purposes only and allows you to be protected from any risk of fraud. The authorized amount will be released by the issuing bank of the credit card in accordance with its policy.

Unless otherwise indicated on the website during the purchase process, the transaction will only be charged to your credit card after verification of the card details, receipt of the credit authorization for an amount equal to the purchase price of the products of the order, the confirmation of the availability of the products and the preparation of your order for shipment.
