Free shipping on returns & exchanges

The return period for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received the purchase.

You can return items by selecting β€œReturn this item” in your MY SMYLYN account in the order details section, via your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a customer advisor. Once your return request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY SMYLYN account.
