Returns

The return period for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received the purchase. You can return items by selecting "Return this item" in your MY SMYLYN account in the order details section, via your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a customer advisor. Once your return request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY SMYLYN account.
